There are also many other small local restaurants with good food. Most of the restaurants are happy to serve drinks only. It's best to pay in local currency ( C.V.E – Cape Verdian Escudos ) to have a better rate, however most places are happy to accept Euros. Please note that most places will not accept Cards. Most of the restaurants are open from 12:00 – 3:00 for Lunch and 6:30 – 11:00 for Dinner. Some places are open for Breakfast.
