A Continental Breakfast is served from 7:45 until 10:00 in the courtyard or on the roof terrace.
Drinks are also available from the reception at various times.
Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard and roof terrace.
There's free Wifi internet throughout the bed & breakfast. Please be aware that downloading is really slow and will slow down the internet services for others. Also the satellite T.V is run from the internet.
There is a safe available at the reception if you want to deposit any small belongings.
There is a hairdryer available, please ask for it at the reception.
There is beach towel rental available at the reception for 2 euros per towel per day. If it is lost, stolen or severely damaged then there is a 20 euro charge. Please do not take any of the room towels out of your room.
Please respect the neighbours and fellow guests by keeping noise at a minimum at night time.
Please understand that water is very precious on the island. Please don't be wasteful. Please only flush toilet paper and for anything else use the bin provided. Do not drink the tap water. Bottled water and other drinks are available to buy at the reception. Please don't eat or store food in your room as it encourages bugs and flies. You are welcome to eat in the communal areas.
Please don't encourage the cats into your rooms.......as lovely as they are. They know that they aren't allowed in and the next guests staying may have allergies!
Every day one of us will come into your room for housekeeping.........we hope that this is ok with you. Normally we offer fresh bedding and towels every 3 days or so depending on how long your stay with us is. And of course the season......as it’s much warmer at night during the summer months! Many of our guests are happy to just let us know if they want fresh bedding and towels. Don’t be shy.
There’s a laundry service available......it’s 8€ per machine load (7kg). We line dry everything on the rooftop, but we don’t iron it. There is an iron available for use, just ask us if you’d like to use it.
It’s best to keep your fly screen closed to prevent mosquitoes getting into your room as well as flies of course. Also we ask that you keep your shoes and flip flops inside your room so that the cats don’t destroy them.
Please look after your room keys because if they are lost or stolen there will be a 120€ charge due to having locks changed and many keys cut for the front gate.
There’s a metal bell on the wall next to the reception.......if you need anything please don’t hesitate to ring it and one of us will come, provided we are here and awake!!! We live onsite in the ground floor of the building with our lovely family of cats and dogs.
